PUNE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION (PMC) HAS STARTED ACCEPTING PROPOSALS FOR REGULARIZATION OF UNAUTHORIZED STRUCTURES AS PER GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION NO.TPS-1814/CR-82/14/RULES/UD-13 DATED 07 OCT, 2017.
UNDER MAHARASHTRA TOWN PLANNING (COMPOUNDED STRUCTURES) RULES, 2017, UNAUTHORIZED DEVELOPMENTS CARRIED OUT BEFORE 31 DEC 2015 AND WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF PMC WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS FOR REGULARIZATION AND QUALIFY FOR “COMPOUNDED STRUCTURE” STATUS AFTER APPROVAL FROM PMC.
THE APPROVED STRUCTURES WILL BE DEFINED AS “COMPOUNDED STRUCTURE” UNDER CLAUSE (5A) OF SECTION 2 OF THE MAHARASHTRA REGIONAL AND TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1966.
PUNE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION has started "Geo-Tagging" for Plot Identification(s). Latitudes and Longitudes are automatically picked for Survey No. while drawing Plot Polygon on GIS Maps.
